Whilst refurbishment works were carried out on this pretty Somerset cottage, Woodlouse Conservation were asked to build a stone front garden wall more in-keeping with the property. Reclaimed local stone was used and had a traditional ‘Cock & Hen’ capping applied, all pointed with lime mortar. Our client was a keen conservationist, so we incorporated clay pipes within the wall structure as habitat for wildlife.
