Orginally two cottages, this property in North Newton was in desperate need of lime render works. With a variety of build materials present, we employed a three stage application of lime render and finished with a beautifully rich ochre limewash. Future extension works are planned for the gable-end which is why only the front elevation has been remedied thus far.
