This was a complete restoration project carried out by Woodlouse Conservation. The property is a Listed 16th Century farmhouse built mainly of Blue Lias and Bath stone, with some areas of cob and brick. It required all inappropriate synthetic and modern plasters, paints and renders to be stripped off. Re-application of full lime works took place including: lime pointing, lime plastering, lime rendering and lime washing. This property held unique interest due to the high quality stonework which was revealed during the restoration process.

Everything was discussed and explained in layman terms. Everything done as discussed and within price. From a house on its last legs, it is now one of which owners and workmen can be justifiably proud
